One of the Oldest Active Paranormal Investigation Teams in Washington State (Founded by Ross Allison) Seattle, Tacoma, and all outlying areas. 
My Daughter is 1/2 WarmSprings/Wasco Indian. She works at Kaneeta (root digger) resort on the WarmSprings reservation. The Hotel was purchased with the money the Indians got as a settlement for their traditional fishing hole Celilo Falls on the Columbia River. The hotel is 48 years old. Below is a hot spring that was used by the Indian healer woman Kaneeta. A white man leased the hot spring and built a pool and picnic area in 1930. It became quite an attraction for people seeking healing. The Indians bought it back a while ago.
The hotel has obvious paranormal stuff going on but no one has said anything out of the fear of scaring customers away. During the Summer months they are packed. The winter its pretty much a skeleton crew. People have been reporting doors opening that were locked. The elevator will go up and down when noone is in it. Sounds of people walking up and down the stairs and noone is there. Dark shadows passing that catch your eye with no one there.
BTW I as well as quite a number of Indians who live there have seen UFOS during the day and night. And there are rattlesnakes, black widow spiders and scorpions. Quite a place.

Wow, I missed a lot of messages on here for some reason, so sorry I didn’t respond to you from back in October Craig. Thank you for sharing that story, it sounds like it’s an extremely interesting area. We had an investigation in the Tulalip area in a place that used to be a resort with a lot of similar stories, that is really interesting. I don’t think I’d like to brave the spiders, scorpions or snakes but that would be very cool to see.
